It’s only been a few days since Martin MacNeill was convicted of murdering his wife Michele, but already some key players in the case are giving post-verdict interviews to the media. Below are some interviews that I’ve been able to find so far, including one where MacNeill’s mistress, Gypsy Willis, speaks to Inside Edition. I’ll keep updating this page and will post new interviews towards the bottom. (I’m hoping the jury will start talking soon!).
Alexis Somers (MacNeill): CNN Interview
Martin and Michele’s daughter Alexis spoke with CNN/HLN’s Jean Casarez about what was going through her head when the verdict was read, and who she thinks her father really is.
Alexis Somers (MacNeill): Good Morning America Interview
Alexis also spoke with ABC 7 about what it feels like to finally get justice for her mother.
Gypsy Willis: Inside Edition Interview
MacNeill’s mistress, Gypsy Willis, spoke with Inside Edition about how she feels about the verdict and what she would say to MacNeill if she had the chance.
Gypsy Willis: ABC Interview
Gypsy spoke with Dan Abrams about how she feels about MacNeill today, and why she thinks he never would have killed Michele.
Alexis Somers (MacNeill), The Prosecutors & Dr. Perper: Nancy Grace Show
Alexis, the prosecution team, and Dr. Perper appeared on Nancy Grace to talk about the verdict. Below are snippets from their interviews.
The Jurors: Fox 13 Interview
The jurors spoke with Fox 13’s Ben Winslow about what swayed them to unanimously vote guilty and what they thought was ineffective (the inmates’ testimony!).
As I’ve mentioned in prior blog posts about this case, Michele MacNeill’s sister, Linda Cluff, has a blog where she documents everything you could possibly want to know (or not) about Martin MacNeill. She recently posted a short blog post about her immediate feelings after the verdict and what it was like to meet the jury who convicted her sister’s killer.
From the post:
An overwhelming moment at the courthouse last night when the verdict was read.. everything hinging on that moment and hearing the clerk say “Guilty” was very emotional for our family.

Alexis, the prosecution team, and Dr. Perper appeared on Nancy Grace tonight to talk about the verdict. I don’t have the video for that yet, but I’ll post it below when I do.
