George Zimmerman just can’t seem to stay out of trouble.

Whether you agreed with George Zimmerman’s acquittal in the death of Trayvon Martin or not, one thing is for sure: George has certainly been no angel since his acquittal.

Monday was no exception.

Reports started coming in early Monday afternoon that George had been arrested at his girlfriend’s home, and yet again, a gun was involved.

George is being charged with felony aggravated assault, after pointing a gun at his girlfriend during an argument. He is also being charged with two misdemeanors – domestic violence battery and criminal mischief.

TMZ has obtained copies of the 911 call:

In September, George’s estranged wife Shellie called the police after having an altercation with him at her parents’ home. She alleged that George had been threatening her and that he broke her iPad. No charges were filed in that case.

George has also been pulled over for speeding on two separate occasions since his acquittal.

He is currently being held in jail without bond and will appear in court Tuesday at 1:30 PM. I’ll post updates below.

UPDATE: 11/19/13 12:54 PM

George Zimmerman appeared in court this afternoon to face his latest domestic violence charge. His bond was set at $9,000. He is to have no access to guns/weapons while he is out on bail, and can not have any contact with the victim.

He will also wear a GPS device.

UPDATE: 12/11/13 9:17 AM

George’s team filed an affidavit with the court yesterday from his girlfriend, asking for the charges against him to be dropped. In the signed affidavit, she wrote:

“I am not afraid of George in any manner and I want to be with him.”

George also asked that the conditions of his bond be altered, so he may have contact with her again.

Prosecutors can legally still prosecute him for the alleged domestic violence, even if the girlfriend wants the charges dropped.

A hearing for these motions should be scheduled soon.

UPDATE: 12/11/13 5:15 PM

Seminole-Brevard State Attorney Phil Archer says he will not go forward with the case against George Zimmerman. Since his girlfriend is now retracting her story, there isn’t enough to charge him with.

Now let’s hope George can stay out of the media, not to mention out of handcuffs, from here on out.
