29-year-old Evan Curbeam was out with some friends at a bar in Baltimore City last Friday night. After he decided to leave them and head home for the night, he was never seen or heard from again.
Evan was reported missing by a family member at 4:48 PM on Saturday when he failed to pick up his child.
From CBS News in Baltimore:
Curbeam was last seen Friday night. He and several friends went to the Bond Street Social in Baltimore City. They left the event at around 1:30 a.m., and the victim decided to go home while his friends went to another bar. He was last seen walking to his car, which was parked at Broadway and Eastern avenues.
The route that Evan would have likely taken to get back to his car is highlighted below.
The distance between Bond Street Social to where his car was parked is approximately a half-mile. His vehicle was found the next day where he had parked it on Friday night, suggesting that ne never made it back to his car. What could have happened to him in that short distance?
Evan isn’t a small guy – he’s reported to be 6’1, 195 pounds, with a muscular build. I’m not sure a guy like that could be taken down quietly, without anyone noticing.
If you have any info about where Evan could be, you are asked to call the Baltimore County Police Department at (410) 307-2020.
