Aaron Hernandez was back in court today, and was officially indicted on multiple charges, including murder, carrying a firearm, possession of a firearm, possession of a high-capacity weapon, and two counts of possession of ammunition.

Hernandez is accused of murdering 27-year-old semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd.

You can watch the full hearing below.

Hernandez will be back in court next Friday at 2 PM EST for a probable cause hearing, as well as a hearing on two motions filed by the Defense about discovery, and “serious prosecutorial misconduct.”

UPDATE: 9/23/13 2:14 PM

Prosecutors have filed a motion, asking the judge to throw out the “prosecutorial misconduct charges” against them. The misconduct charges are related to prosecutors allegedly not properly identifying themselves when they met with one of Aaron’s alleged proteges in jail. Defense attorneys say prosecutors told the man that they were there to “help” Aaron, but prosecutors deny this and say he knew exactly who they were. No word on that ruling yet.

Meanwhile, Aaron’s co-defendant in Odin Lloyd’s murder, Ernest Wallace, has pleaded not guilty.

UPDATE: 4/14/14 11:33 AM

Carlos Ortiz and Ernest Wallace have officially been indicted on murder charges related to the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Their hearing date has not yet been set.
